RACV ASK ANYONE


RACV has insured Victorian homes for over 100 years and has the customer service scores and word-of-mouth to back it up. So when our data showed that if you asked almost anyone in Victoria about home insurance, there was a strong chance they’d recommend RACV, we knew we had our platform.

‘Ask Anyone’ simply told people not to listen to our ads (because they wouldn’t anyway) and to ask a friend, a neighbour or a stranger on the street instead. Leading to a moment where the brand’s reputation did the work for us.
